California's 10-day waiting period and laws apply to all firearm transfers.

Transfer must be conducted by Patriotic Arms, 31590 Railroad Canyon Rd, Canyon Lake, CA 92587

There will be no substitutions amongst the gun list.

Once a winning ticket has been selected, it cannot win again.

Must be 21 years old as of drawing date to purchase tickets.

Winners will be telephoned first and notified by mail if they cannot be reached.

Winners are subject to all taxes and fees associated with the purchase and transfer of the firearm.

Tickets are not transferable and must be picked up by the winner on the ticket.

Winners must present the winning ticket with identification to the dealer.

Winners must be present to fill out the required state and federal paperwork.

Firearm can be picked up after completing the CA mandatory waiting period of 10 days after completion of all paperwork.

You have 30 days to complete the transaction once notification has occurred or risk forfeiture of the firearm.
